Wolf Fitness SA is excited to bring back our monthly Yoga sessions and will be supporting the RSPCA at the same time.

 Starting Saturday March 15th, these sessions will be held monthly at 11:30am on Saturday mornings.

Led by the amazing Dot from Yoga Spot with Dot, these sessions will focus on stretch and strength, helping you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster. We can testify first hand how amazing these sessions are and the difference they made to our flexibility and wellbeing.

Sessions will be held at the Wolf Fitness SA studio.

Cost is only $25.00 per person.

We're also very happy to announce, once we hit 5 attendees at each session, every extra dollar we make will go towards helping animals in need with all proceeds going to the RSPCA!
